By downloading, installing, or using the Celian application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
These Terms apply to all users who access or use Celian and its related services and features.
Celian is intended for adult users only. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the required age to access and use the service.
We do not knowingly allow access to users who do not meet this requirement. If such use is identified, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access.
Celian is a personal outfit logging and style management application focused on women’s fashion coordination. Users can upload outfit photos, add related styling information, and save outfit entries for future viewing and reference.
The App allows users to:
• Upload outfit and fashion-related photos
• Add descriptions, styling notes, or related outfit information
• Save and manage personal outfit logs
• Review previously saved outfit records
We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.
You agree that you will:
• Only upload content that you own or have permission to use
• Not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate materials
• Use the App only for lawful and personal purposes
• Not interfere with, misuse, or attempt to exploit the App or its systems
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, store, and manage within the App.
You retain full ownership of all photos, notes, and outfit records uploaded to Celian.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality, including outfit logging, storage, and display.
We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell or distribute user-uploaded materials.
Celian processes user-uploaded content only to support core App features such as outfit logging, record storage, and viewing history.
We do not sell personal data. Certain information may be stored locally or securely processed to ensure proper App functionality. For additional information, please refer to App Store privacy disclosures or contact us directly at CelianWearMatch@gmail.com.
You agree not to:
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
• Use the App for harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices or user expectations.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celian and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
